- No One-Way Trips: All bookings must be for a round trip or a predefined, agreed-upon service package that includes return logistics. We do not accommodate one-way journey requests unless explicitly stated and priced in the final quote.
- Toll Gate Charges Paid by Customer: Any and all toll gate charges incurred during the journey must be paid directly by the customer at the time of passage. These charges are not included in the base service price.
- Parking Charges Paid by Customers: Parking fees, charges, or penalties incurred while servicing the customer (at customer-requested locations like malls, airports, or residences) are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid promptly.
